The value of a mirror EDM machine goes far beyond simply "producing a mirror finish." The mirror capability is only a basic threshold, merely a surface result reflected by an Ra value. Its core lies in providing a systematic solution tailored to the characteristics of different molds — integrating high precision, high consistency, high stability, high efficiency, and surface quality.

  1. Mobile phone accessory molds: The competitive core of mobile phone accessory molds lies in "details" and "efficiency," making the mirror EDM machine a key tool for precision manufacturing. The machine’s low-loss circuitry, micro-finishing circuits, and micro-gap control first ensure that thin ribs are free from edge collapse and burn defects. It can directly achieve a mirror finish of Ra 0.1 μm, completing cavity machining in a single operation and eliminating the need for polishing.
