Application
CNC Die sinking EDM machine is used for cavity forming, It can realize the discharge machining or the three-axis dynamic discharge machining, it is fast and convenient to locate position for spark discharge machining. Due to affordable cost and good performance, widely used in producing various plastic injection molds, such as home applications, electronic connectors, powder metallurgy, automotive molds, aeronautics and astronautics,and other industries.
Mechanical Features
Ø X,Y,Z-axis Japanese Sanyo servo motor control.
Ø High accuracy X, Y, Z three axes P3 grade ball screw.
Ø X. Y. Z axis apply ball bearing and non-back-lash bearing,the machine can ensure the precision of processing.
Ø The three-axis with 1 µ optical ruler is adopted, and the three-axis fully closed loop control design improves the processing accuracy effectively. (Optional)

Copper→tungsten steel: It can effectively control the electrode consumption and processing efficiency. The electrode consumption can be controlled below 5%, with faster and finer speed. The surface crack of tungsten steel is smaller, and polishing is easier.
CNC System software operation function:
Ø Simultaneous three-axis control
Ø Auto storage function enjoys a capacity of 100*40000 numbers.
Ø 10 fine processing functions. Moulds can be finished completely from rough to semi-finished to finished products.
Ø Five orbit processing patterns. One mould can be set by 5 different orbit processing patterns.
Ø More than 1000 units of document storage capcity are provided. i.e. more than 1000 different moulds or custormers can be numbered.
Ø Auto correction of electrode consumption. During multi-hole processing, electrode consumption shall be preset, and then the computer can automatically correct the depth of each hole to make sure each hole has the same depth.
Ø Auto finding of moulds and central point, to enable a quicker compensation.
Ø When the condition for discharging is unstable, the computer will correct the discharging efficiency and working period automatically. After stabling all conditions, the discharging will continue automatically. Processing condition can be adjusted at all time.
Ø Auto return to zero for base point: should there be any blackout during auto-processing, the computer can find the base point automatically.
Ø Speedy deslagging:Speed up servicing to improve the processing efficiency without distorting electrode.
Ø Orbit and side processing: Four sided, intersecting, circular, hexagonal, lateral

Ø Operate “DRY RUNNING” before the actual processing to test the programme.

And this function could be switched off to accelerating graphite electrode machining.
Ø It could set that after 2~10 times discharging (jumping up control), the electrode will 5 be raised (safe height Z) to the set arbitrary position and the continue machining. This could achieve good slagging off performance for deep hole machining.
