Application

CNC Die Sinking/Sinker EDM Machine, also known as CNC die-sinking EDM electrical discharge machine and CNC Spark Erosion Machine provided, It is a kind EDM spark erosion machine that utilizes high-frequency power between positive and negative anodes (electrode and workpiece), 3-axis or more axes controlled, to break through the gap between electrode and workpiece, to create high temperature to melt and remove metal to get needed profile cavity. The product made by CNC EDM die sinker/sinking sparkling machine is like a projective copy of the profile of the electrode on the workpiece. CNC EDM die sinking machine is widely used in mold making workshop for the processing of complex mold cavity and curved surface of molds,precision machinery parts , especially complex curved surfaces which are inconvenient for polishing, which can save the manual polishing process, improve the service performance of parts, and has very important practical significance for shortening the mold manufacturing cycle.

Mechanical Features

Ø Adopting precision CAD design and high precision frame structure.

Ø Machine Body is resin sand, non reniun force advanced casting, Adopt HT300 ageing treatment casting, keep precision long time. Structure is reasonable, no deformation, rigid, durable, precision remains unchanged.

Ø The working table is made of high-class marble(00 grade), barely any deformation due to a change of temperature.

Ø The column adopts a one-piece structure,which makes the B-axis more rigid,and the heavy-duty electrode processing can be done easily.

Ø The X,Y,and Z axes all adopt imported linear slide rails,Japanese Panasonic absolute servo

motors,Taiwan PMI C-level screw rods and P-level guide rails, which effectively guarantee the high precision of the machine tool and the long-term durability of the machine tool.

Ø Bearing for holding up screws are made by NSK in Japan, NSK bearing have much better performance than others in many aspects, such as loading, rigidity, motility.

Ø Coupling, which is used for connecting screw and motor are American plum blossom-sharp.

Ø Immersion processing is used to effectively guarantee the processing accuracy and surface finish.

Ø The whole machine adopts centralized lubrication to provide uniform lubrication for each track surface.

Ø Complete peripheral facilities such as automatic fire extinguishing device and processing fluid surface sensing device provide a safe environment.

Ø Using centrifugal high pressure oil pump of WALRUS and 10u filter system.
